We love Mahatma Red Beans & Rice and simply can't find it at any store in the area. We make it with Johnsonville Cajun Sausages cut up and browned. Add the water and package of Red Beans & Rice and cook per instructions. The only other thing we've found is that it often takes a bit longer to cook...
