First picture makes it seem to be batman party favors that go in the bag. I tried to return at time of pick up at the store. But they could only return 1.69 because that was the price it scanned. Do not buy. Unless you want only bags.

This item is for treat bags - not favors. They have the wrong picture attached to the item description. Very upset because now I not only need to return these, but I have to scramble to get the favors I wanted.

This post is VERY deceiving as it shows the bags and the treats but in fine print you ONLY get the bags NOT the party favors!
