This item was exactly what I was looking for as far as price and features. I was excited when it arrived. I pulled it out of the packaging and plugged it in right away and nothing. It wouldn't light up. it wouldn't power up. nothing. I left it plugged in over night just in case the battery needed...

I never got to use the device. It was DOA. It was easier to get my money back and buy a different MP3 player. It has a good price but I just hope you have better luck about getting one that works.

I received this MP3 player and attempted to charge it with both the AC adapter and through the USB cord. I followed the instructions and had the device in the "ON" position. It did not work at all and had to make a trip back to the store to return it.

The MP3 players we have bought does not work. It does not turn on what so ever. But we got use out of the chargers and the ear phones. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. So sorry for the bad review :(
