People complained of the voice quality. MS Outlook integration crashed my Outlook software, doens't work. People complained about hold music. when getting a second call I almost always lost a call due to the difficulty switching lines/call waiting. what a mess.

the instructions are very hard to read & understand-to try to figure things out without having some one there whom can help is frustrating at best-to get help is also hard to do, as trying to find a number where you can talk to a person is not easy to find, either
