I'm not fond of NyQuil jus because it makes me groggy when I wake up but this children's one doesn't contain alcohol it's also definitely a lifesaver rather than rushing to the dr for a bill

I use this for myself because most cough meds make me very sleepy. Swallow a spoonful of honey after a dose and it helps take the soreness out of your throat.

My husband uses this when he has a cold & so we figured we'd try this out for the kids when they got sick. Definitely didn't do the job or allow them to rest. I had to go back out & purchase another brand that we knew would be effective. I wouldn't purchase this again.
