The best Gluten-free pasta! I have tried them all and this one I subbed out for real pasta even for my kiddo and he couldn't tell. It holds together and us good texture unlike the rice pasta we have tried.

nice size shells. If I could get stuffing sized shels that would be great and untill I find gluten free ones that size i will due with these. They are big enough to hold a lot of sause if stirred in.
