This is a condensed sweetened soy sauce flavor. This is an added seasoning sauce for cooking. Use it to marinate chicken, add it in soups or stirfry not a whole lot is needed (ex: 1-2T per lb chicken). If you would like to make a thick sauce out of it, then I would suggest adding cornstarch.

My go to ingredient in any kind of asian noodle recipe. I just wish Walmart would carry it in the larger size bottle. I go through a small one in just a few uses.
