Very clear sound quality. no problems with range or clarity. Very good sound volume on main phone & hand sets. Sometimes I have to turn phone volume down a notch or two. Over all very happy with this phone so far. We have only had it about a month, so can't comment on durability or longevity yet.

We got this because we can use the corded headsets with the phones. we used to use a different brand's phones with bluetooth headset, but we were not crazy about the bluetooth one. We are so happy to use corded headsets again with this Panasonic!--because not many brands make phones with a headse...

I may have found this easier to program as it has similarities to old Panasonic - but for the money it's great. I have not used the cell hook-up yet - if there's a problem I'll report it.

Love the phone! easy to use and the cordless phones are very convenient

This phone was straightforward to set-up and use of all of the features was rather intuitive. We were looking for good sound quality on the handsets and were pleased with the result. The cord on the phone should be at least a foot or two longer.
