If Bob's Red Mill is doing it--its great. I use more yeast than the popular recipes. I place 2-tpblsp in the water (1-1/4 cups) and a teaspoon in the dry ingredients. 6-cups of AP flour. I also do refrigerator rise time / 3-hours. And a one hour rise on the countertop. (I might add another hour o...

Pretty good. I've been told you need to keep the yeast in the freezer after every use to keep it active. I'll try that next time I buy one.
