I've recently started using this seed product and I was able to purchase this from Swanson, which I have purchased other items in the past. GREAT product and GREAT service. I highly recommend this grain comparable to quinoa and groats.

as you read this is the best cereal. I just add to any kind of hot cereal & boil & it's gives nice nutty test. My kids love that way cooked. It's good to know that you give to yourself something good & healthy.
