These bars a really good. They may appear small when you take them out of their foil pouches but they are filling. We eat one around 10:00 am after our morning smoothies have worn off. These bars hold us just fine until lunch.

Love the Whenever bars! Chocolate chip was my first time buy, cranberry next. They are all good but pricey.

All the Whenever bars are good. I personally like the chocolate chip ones best, but these are tasty and gluten free. They come 5 to a box, and are excellent to carry as a snack. They do have some sugar, and rice flour. These bars are reasonably healthy and a great value.
