I love the orange peel! This makes an excellent ham glaze when mixed with garlic powder, cloves, dry mustard, and black pepper. I also use it as a finish glaze for blackened salmon. The flavor is robust and counterbalances the meats.

Crosse & Blackwell Orange Marmalade is great on toast and English Muffins. The marmalade was impossible to find locally. The SMUCKERS Shop had the marmalade. We ordered two jars.
