I love this cracker. I got to know it in Germany. Few ingredients great taste. Few calories. I bought bulk. It was delivered two days later. Love it.

Walmart online is the only place I've been able to find this 30 calorie per slice rye crisp bread. They are great with any kind of cheese, humus, peanut butter, etc. or with soup and salad. I buy them in packs of 10.

What's not to like? It has only 30 calories per piece. It is made in Germany using high quality natural ingredients. I eat this with my salad in place of croutons. Very satisfying.

I am on the Diet Center diet and these crackers are a must have. I use them in place of bread. Spread with egg salad or sugar free jam for a treat. I lightly toast them first and that makes them much tastier. They can be hard to find in stores so I am very glad that Walmart has them.
