The absolute very best jerk sauce we have tried. It is screaming hot/spicy and we love it. Use it for smoked pork and beef jerk ribs, beef jerky and on chicken. Fabulous!

Did a Jamaican theme bar b q and it was a hit. Had a family in form North Carolina who wanted by recipe and I told them I couldn't, they thought it was a secret recipe and I said no but I'll share a couple of bottles. I am most impress. This was the first time I have ever did anything jerk.
