This stuff is great! Very spicy without being so overwhelming that it destroys the flavor, and the flavor is excellent. The texture is like perfect nacho cheese sauce, pourable but not too watery. And its lower in fat and calories than most other cheese or salsa/cheese sauces from a jar.

This dip is hot! Beware! But, its soooo good. I put a few tablespoons in my chili, or rotel to give it that extra kick!

I never tasted nacho cheese sauce from a jar that was this spicy! Very very hot. I made a Mexican casserole and mixed this sauce through. It was so delicious! Warning, you made need to drink milk!
