Doesn't everybody? If sardines were rare these Bar Harbor Sardines would be caviar. They do not do well on a Pizza, but everywhere else they are perfect.

These are pleasant to eat the way they're sliced, with no tails, bones, etc. But you best like smoky. I put them in a salad and they were definitely the dominant flavor!

Not fishy tasting and looks appetizing. I saute with onions, garlic and lemon juice with a little oil that comes in the can. Good value.
