What more is there to say. This the best value around for 100% coconut oil. It shipped very fast, great quality and great product. It's food-grade but I just use it on my skin and hair.

While I haven't used this for cooking, I do use it after my shower to moisturize my legs. It works. Word of warning though, let it soak in before you put on your pants... I ruined a pair of khakis by not waiting.

I use coconut oil for my hair, it's frizzy and unmanageable. Put it on at night, cover head with night cap or scarf. In the morning, it's beautiful. Using this for cooking, or baking, is superb. Nothing turns out lighter in texture and there is no after flavor (unless the oil goes rancid.) ...
