I am a relatively new baker (at 54!), and I bought some King Arthur Flour because I was buying some lovely Mason Cash bowls, and I loved it so much, I am getting all my baking supplies from them! It also doesn't hurt that they are employee-owned, which I love to support!

I've made various breads and pastries from this flour. From brioches to boules, it has made a spectacular loaf each time. My favorite so far is a sourdough Hokkaido milk bread, taking me back to the soft white bread sandwiches I ate as a child in the 80s (back when food had flavor). ;)
