This mix makes wonderful scones. It's actually the only way I've used it. My daughter, who isn't gluten free, loves the scones this mix makes too. We thaw frozen blueberries to add in, and I eat them with any type of preserve on top. They're great!

It is easy to mix for baking. Just add 2 eggs, 1/4 cup oil, and 1 cup of water. I like to add 1/4 cup of dried blueberries and 1/4 cup of slivered almonds. Cook 15 minutes in two six-place muffin tins.

delicious! made the scone recipe following the directions then added blueberries and lemon juice. Breakfast was a huge hit with my family. Next time I will try substituting the milk for lemon juice

This product is great. The flavor is wonderful. Try using orange juice or lemon juice in place of the liquid to give it a different flavor. It cooked up great with blueberries.
