This product has replaced our use of vegetable oils and sprays. It works great for frying and baking. We are pleased we found this oil because it does not have the scent of coconut or the flavor, but it still has all the health benefits.

I really like using this coconut oil and have been using it for several years. I even put a little on my dog's food. In the morning, I take a tsp. of it. Nice to use in the skillet as well.
