Tastes very good and great for a gluten free diet. Good substitute for cream of wheat or wheatena that I had to give up.

Our local grocery store stopped carrying buckwheat cereal. We have eaten it for 30 years, but it's an old fashioned hot cereal you have to cook for 5 minutes. Grocery stores have mostly instant or microwaveable cereals now. Glad it's available from Walmart, and cheaper than Amazon.
