This is the perfect Pro Tien if you're doing keto. Also it's great portion size of proteins so that you can plan how many meals you're going to do a day. Also to the quality is consistent I've never gotten a bad can. And the price is right.

I just recently (within the past year) started eating canned fish like sardines, anchovies, and with this one - mackerel. I have to see the mackerel is really good. They are little fillets of white fish meat in olive oil. I eat them sometimes for lunch and they really hit the spot!

I never bought mackerel because I understood it's an oily fish. I decided to try these and I'm surprised. The filets are very good. Delicious with spicy mustard or hot sauce. I'll buy again
