These are a very sneaky way to add fiber to your diet, or someone else's. They taste just like gummy bears, and definitely not like anything remotely healthy. But they are. They have fiber, vitamin C and Potassium. So if you're trying to find a healthy snack, this is a pretty good choice.

While dieting, this has been my go to snack! Good fiber and satisfies my sweet tooth without blowing my diet. Our nearest Walmart doesn't always have them in stock, so I order them online 10 boxes at a time! My husband loves them too!
