This is delicious and filling. It really feels like youre eating pasta. Well its not exactly like pasta but it satisfies a pasta craving. I just can't believe the low carb and the low calories.

good noodles - I am not a "pasta" lover so I can't say that they will replace that craving in people but for a good low cal and low carb option making meals are not so boring they are great - one package was leaking

Excellent product if you're on a diet. I have used it in place of Italian pasta and in soups. It takes on the flavor of whatever you add it too. I used it for PHO and it was superb!
