The figures look legit but they are bootlegs. They don't have any of the information (serial numbers etc.) on the bottom. I don't think theres even an NFC chip in these, they're totally unresponsive when you try to scan them.

These are fake figurines!!! They don't have the barcode on the bottom to interact with the Nintendo game! I bought these for my grandson's birthday and he let me know these are knock offs! Highly disappointed that Walmart would have these on their website!

These are a scam. Not the real figures. Don't buy them. There's no NFC to use in-game and the figures are poor quality. I've included a picture of the fake's base next to a real Amiibo base for comparison.
