Shakespeare® Wonderpole® Spinning Rod

A little heavier than some other brands, but good for pulling the big one's out of the thick pads. Have not broke one yet. They are made a little thicker walled, and this is what makes them a little heavier, but easily managed when fishing beds.

I bought 20 ten footers and 2 twenty footers. I am a five year volunteer with SCDNR as a certified fishing instructor. I bought these to teach vertical fishing in rivers full of snags. These poles are light weight and plenty strong for the inexperienced anglers.

I have used these poles to Bream Fish With for about 5 years and they are absolutely the best. They are light, strong, the handle is the perfect diameter, and best of all very affordable. I have bought all brands and this is the best all around pole.

This made the perfect poke pole for fishing. The only thing I had to change was the last section of the pole and add a walking cane tip to one of the ends. I purchased the 20' Wonderpoles for my Hi-Z vertical antenna array and couldn't be more pleased. Ran a #14 wire the length of each pole with no perceivable sag/droop and minimal sway in moderate winds. I'm sure they would also work well for fishing. 73, N9MB
