Received as a gift. Worked wonderful for 2 weeks. Now it makes a horrible sound when rocking. So loud I can't use it.

Purchased as a gift for my daughter in law. They have 3 other children other than the new baby. This allows her to be able to spend time with the other children. The baby gets good quality naps.
