This parchment paper is as good as any other parchment I have used over the years!! There's absolutely no need to buy any other brand! However, it would be terrific if they would offer the rolls in brown, the sheets and rolls in both brown and white. I'm sure they would all sell terrific!!

This is a product where the generic is just as good as the name brand. I love it! Be warned, if cooking higher than 400 (I have gone as high as 425) it will brown (slowly burn) on the edge.
