This doesn't even deserve one star. It arrived completely dried out. Ridiculous.

Should of paid attention the reviews.The first time I received this item it was broken in half, so I contacted who I was supposed to and when I got this other one it was completely dry. No wonder it was only $1.70.

Ordered 2 in plum. Both were old and dried up. Had to return, useless. So disappointed.

I'm giving this no stars. I bought 2 of these plum eyeliners and they were both dried up. I tried to add water to see if they'd become liquid again, but no, it was like they were empty.
