I would 100% recommend this for the use of makeup application. Personally, this brush has worked great for me to use when applying a hard press powder. It gives your face and skin an even tone of powder/color.

I actually bought this brush to try out the shape before investing in a more expensive version. I'm actually going to just keep using this one. It blends my cream contour perfectly - not too fluffy but not too dense. No bristles have fallen out or bent yet.
