I have used Castrol for many decades. I have a 1999 Ford F150 with 160,000 miles that I use the High mileage and a 2002 Ford Crown Vic with 42,000 miles that I use the regular Castrol oil in.

Really like this oil for my older vehicles. Not only does it provide awesome protection and little to no burn off, it also has properties that help prolong the life of the older seals and metals. This stuff works and works well. Been using it in all of my offroad applications in my older 4x4's...
