I only brought one bottle because I wanted to try it. This seems to work very well for me - The taste is not great but I added vanilla and cinnamon and its not so bad and I have now acquired a taste for it. It does help with more energy and with appetite. I will buy more next time.

I am 100% satisfied. It's healthier than any gym shake. Read the label and benefits. It takes time. It's a meal replacement. I use it for lunch or breakfast. I alternate. Best thing ever! You can add any ingredients too. I use Almond milk and cinnamon in my shake.
