I had the bike shipped to the store. The first time my grandson rode it the chain broke, possibly from not being put together properly. I went to the Gonzales store, and they exchanged the bike for me.

My 5 year old loves this bike. He is very tall for his age and I was worried it would be too big for him but he can touch the ground. It is just right and such a good price for a 20" bike.

Gave this to my son as a gift and it is sturdy, he is a tall 6 year old and is able to learn how to ride with ease. For a starter bike it does the job.

Great value but it had to be put together and the last thing to be put on was a peddle and it was stripped and could not be screwed in so we have to return it. Have not done so yet but hopefully we will be given another with no hassle
