I use this every morning for my daily reading. The lamp illuminates the whole book and can be positioned however you choose. The padding underneath makes it comfortable on my lap. The angle, size, padded book rest, and weight are all perfect. I absolutely love this lap desk. And it looks good too!

Soft and comfortable. Love the light! It was tricky getting the batteries inserted. Would have preferred if the lap part was rounded up to conform to knees and lay on the outside of legs.
