Very smooth tasting. Not gritty like a lot higher protein drinks. Tastes like the milk after a bowl of apple cinnamon cheerios. Be nice if there was just a powder version to mix my own. Only flavor I could find. Would really like to try the blueberry version. But can't find that anywhere around here

Out of all the flavors this one is the absolute best. Plus you can heat it up to drink warm. I'm a nurse and my days start at 4:30am, so fixing breakfast is not always an option. I completely enjoy having an option in the morning that does not have to be cold.
