I have not used it cold, though my son does and likes it. It heats up nicely in the microwave and stays hot for a little while. I love it! I can never find them in the store, it doesn't seem that Walmart carries them in the store anymore.

I have had several of these original Bedbuddy. Do not overheat. 1 min and 30 seconds is really enough. Great ...... The scented ones are even better. This one was for my son and he doesn't like scented. Walmart has the best price.

This is the best moist heat product out there. I have tried several others but always come back to the bed buddy. It stays hotter longer then other wraps I've tried and is less bothersome then a having to wet a sponge with moist heating pads. Highly recommend this product

This is your best buddy in the world. I have been using the bed buddy for 10 years. Take it on vacations and use this every day. Never go to bed without. For the price you can't beat it. Last a long time. I purchased 8 so I will never run out.
