This Pad Thai cup was very easy to make and had pretty good flavor. I actually spiced it up a bit with a teaspoon of crunchy peanut butter and some cayenne pepper.

These soups are pretty good to have around the office. The soup can be heated up with boiling water, wait 8 minutes with the top on, add packet of seasoning and then you're good to go!
