I bought this as a xmas gift and was very disappointed the frame worked for about ten mins than then the screen went black. I will be returning this item and i bought it online hope this process go's well and fast.

We used this frame for 2 days before it quit on us. Seemed like a good deal for the price, didn't come with a remote but that wasn't a big deal. It simply just wouldn't turn on after a few uses. Save your $$$$ and buy a better brand that will last. This one's going back.

First of all, it is broken when I get it out of the box and plug it in for the first time. the digital panel was white! Could not see the photos. It is getting returned!

This frame does what its supposed to do, and does it well. It looks nice and contemporary. The frame is made of plastic, but it doesnt look cheap. Bought this for my parents and they love it. Price is not reflective of quality - nice heavy black wood frame. Super easy to use. Pictures look great.
