This is a sugar substitute in one respect-it enters the bloodstream more slowly than sugar. Great for diabetics. Doesn't shock the system like sugar and sugar substitutes tend to do. Never knew Walmart sold this product until now. Had always ordered from others.

this is our new sugar substitute. we've been staying away from white and brown sugar and have started using this about a year ago. the problem is shipping. we had to wait 4 wks to get this in the mail to us. i believe it was broken and leaked all over my order.

Best way to sweeten coffee with no after taste. We love using it because it's lower glycemic index than regular sugar and is sweeter so a little goes a long way. I also cook with it in place of sugar for some recipes like Cole Slaw.
