This cookie is chewy, just like homemade. The fiber cuts the net carbs for people concerned about carb intake, and the portion control is perfect with one cookie individually wrapped. Each cookie is 120 calories, 4.5 gr fat, 22 gr carbs, 5 gr fiber, 130 mg sodium.
