I haven't used it for a hangover but I do use it when I travel cross country. It's perfect for those long flight stiffnes or soreness and gives you a subtly boost of energy. Perfect if you go right to work after a 5 hour flight!

This product definitely makes me feel a lot better within 20 minutes of taking it. I don't know if the ingredients are any different from Alka Seltzer Plus but I don't care. Two thumbs up for this product!

I really love it it. I get dehydrated easily, and when I drink even a sip of alcohol it wrecks my whole entire life. I even drink lots of water around it. This helps a lot.
