Very easy side dish, was enjoyed by guests as part of a Taco Buffet. Tasted great. Must have been good as the bowl was scraped clean. Will double the dish next time.

Zatarains Spanish Rice tastes and has more Spanish spices than some packets of rice. My wife and I have tried a few over the years and liked most of them. Zatarains stands out from the rest. We use a tomato/pepper combo to give it a little more zip. [optional] I think you will enjoy it too.

Really good Spanish rice. Added Rotel instead of diced tomatoes. Good flavor. Topped with chicken and drizzled with melted queso.
