This eyeliner is the worst eyeliner out there! After about 1 use there was no more color in it, it was not pigmented at ALL! This is a total waste of 5 dollars :(

I bought this to try out and was horribly disappointed. I barely got one eye done and it was dried out! I put the cap back on a shook it a bit it had a bit more moisture on it but not enough to do the other eye. Get a quality product with your money instead!
