Delicious. The smell, the flavor, the ease of preparation. Add some added thawed frozen shrimp at end. Loved it!

This Spanish paella is really good. I add shrimp and clams and serve it with warm French bread. Really good.

Makes a large amount for the cost. There is not a lot of seafood in it so I buy bags of frozen and add additional when I prepare.

Never cooked Paella before but with this product I'm a Pro now...! My recommendation is: Just add additional seafood of your choice and it's perfect! There is not enough fish in the kit in my opinion.

It tasted very like the one we had in Spain though it was not the cooking way. I would say it is Americanized but good. Recommended.
