I mix 1 bottle with 1 cup of skim milk for a lunch snack. Has just enough sweetness to taste. A very good product.

My mom is don't always eat food like she should and I use this supplement for protein. Now mom loves it. My husband said its not filling like ensure but I read both label and they have the same ingredients. But he also says they taste the almost the same.
