100% worked for our household! My 5 year old is bad at pulling all nighters due to “fomo” lol These had her out by 845 pm and I gave her 2 at 8. Can't be a coincidence. She was so relaxed. Amazed to be honest. I didn't have the highest of hopes to start with but I'm a believer now lol
