This was a replacement mirror. The first one came damaged. Customer service was very helpful and quick with a replacement. Even shipped it to my son, since it had been a gift. Love the looks of the mirror, very nice.

THE FIRST MIRROR ARRIVED SHATTERED AND WAS PROMPTLY REPLACED. IT IS REASONABLY EASY TO ASSEMBLE I DID IT BY MYSELF IN LESS THAN A HALF HOUR WITH JUST A SCREWDRIVER.
