This formula of 1MR is very strong! 50 servings is a true 50 servings. 1 scoop is all I need and I have a high stimulant tolerance. Flavoring it awesome as well. The snowcone flavor is unique and refreshing tasting. It's a must buy!

This is my go-to pre-workout, it helps a lot in cutting season for more sweaty workouts. Also, helps with a more rapid recovery since my muscles are warmer throughout the session. I purchased Snow cone flavor and usually buy the Blue Razz, they both taste great!
