Purchased this in-store, because it was a reasonable price and had a top to keep the garbage covered. So annoyed with it that I hopped online to write a review - because it can't swing with a garbage bag in it, and the lid CONSTANTLY falls into the trash can!

This is a real good deal for the price, only thing is, when I put a trash bag in the trash container, the swing top lid does not work properly. Falls into the bag. You have to put the lid on over the bag. Not a good idea.
