I found that this type seems to work better than what I took before. One tablet per day as recommended instead of three per day with another type. May be more easily absorbed. First time using this brand. Not carried in my local stores so I will have to order it online.

I took 3 nuggets for three months. Make obvious difference in my body. I'm vegatarier and nevertheless got over the years too little B12. Now it is back into balance and take daily one nugget. The Solgar nugget dissolves quickly and the taste is good!

It contains very few fillers or other ingredients and seems to make me feel more energetic. Good product.
